Calgary roadrunners

Promoting running for pleasure, fitness, competition, and sportsmanship.

Upcoming Races & Events

The Calgary Roadrunners host inclusive running events for all ages, from grassroots kids’ races to iconic road and cross-country competitions. Our calendar features the XC Grand Prix Series—ten fun, varied races on natural terrain, often with food to celebrate—alongside signature events like the Original St. Patrick’s Day Road Race and the historic Calgary Women’s Run, one of Canada’s oldest and most important women’s running events.

A Running Club in Calgary for the Running Community

We are a diverse group, from casual, social runners to elite athletes. The club has members of all ages, from the teenagers who get hooked on our cross-country races, to the septuagenerians still running marathons, and the octogenarians, who continue to hold national speed records for various distances!
